CIGB-300 (P15-Tat)
Anti-CK2 cyclic cell-penetrating research peptide.
Oncology Research Peptides
DTS-201 sodium is a peptide-drug conjugate (PDC) in which doxorubicin is linked to an N-succinyl-protected tetrapeptide spacer (β-Ala-Leu-Ala-Leu). It is studied as a tumor-selective activation research reagent, investigated for enzymatic conversion to active doxorubicin metabolites within tumor-model systems, and used as a validated research prototype for peptide-linker-based prodrug design across prostate, breast, and lung tumor xenograft research models.
